Palmview Forest Home
Palmview Forest is a residential home located in Palmview Forest Drive on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. EAS Gympie designed and installed the six-zone ducted air conditioning system in this modern new home.
Banks Pocket Home
All in a day’s work! At this residential home located in Banks Pocket, EAS Gympie decommissioned the existing ducted system and supplied and installed a new Daikin 20kW Inverter Reverse Cycle Ducted System.
Bollier Rural Property
At this rural residential property in Bollier, EAS Gympie provided a three-phase power upgrade which included a main power upgrade to the house, a main switchboard upgrade with remote metering, and three-phase power with sub-board to the shed.
Sawmill
EAS Gympie undertook a large project at a local Gympie sawmill installing cabling controls and switchboards for a new fence pailing line, installing cabling for sharpening equipment and commissioning all newly installed equipment to ensure correct operation.

Gympie Public Spaces
EAS Gympie conducted specialised repairs to the lighting towers at Gympie Skate Park Precinct and performed lighting upgrades to the main car park at Lake Alford Recreational Park.

Using specialised equipment, EAS Gympie repaired the pole-mounted light fixtures at the Kilkivan Touch Football Fields and installed new lighting at the town’s entrance.

Located in East Brisbane, this eight-level apartment tower is a collection of 60 boutique residences with one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans. As part of the construction delivery team, Joe managed the installation of air conditioners to all of the apartments, as well as, the building’s amenities.
Stones Corner Apartments
As part of the air conditioning installation team, Joe managed the installation of 130 split systems to these stylish one and two-bedroom residences located in Stones Corner, Brisbane, as well as, installing a ducted system in the building’s retail tenancy.
Morayfield Aged Care Facility
This world-class aged care facility located in Morayfield has 150 private rooms and an impressive suite of amenities including a cafe, cinema, wellness centre, hairdressing salon, and numerous communal spaces. As part of the delivery team, Joe managed the installation of 250 air conditioning units to the complex.
Taigum Aged Care Facility
This state-of-the-art aged care home is located in north Brisbane and caters to over 100 residents. As part of the air conditioning installation team, Joe managed the installation of 180 air conditioning units across the entire two-level facility including private rooms and communal spaces.
